Vulkem Coatings

Tremco/Vulkem offers the following coating sytems:

Pedestrian Deck Coatings:

Vulkem 350NF/351 system- This system includes the low odor, low VOC, one part Vulkem 350NF urethane base coat membrane and the Vulkem 351 urethane topcoat deck coating.

Vulkem 360NF/351NF system- This systems consists of the VOC compliant, water-cured, low odor, rapid setting Vulkem 360NF basecoat and the two-component, low VOC, low odor, aliphatic Vulkem 351NF polyurethane topcoat.

Vulkem 360NF/950NF/951NF. - This medium duty, three part system consists of the VOC compliant, water-cured, low odor, rapid setting Vulkem 360NF basecoat, along with the Vuklem 950NF (intermediate polyurethane top coat) and the Vulkem 951NF polyurethane topcoat. Both are two component, high performance, neighbor-friendly products.

Vehicular Traffic Deck Coatings:

Vulkem 350NF/345/346 – This vehicular traffic coating system offers the low odor, low VOC, one part Vulkem 350NF urethane base coat membrane, the Vulkem 345 two part urethane intermediate coat and the Vulkem 346 aliphatic polyurethane top coat. This system gives excellent abrasion resistence, UV stability and chemical resistence.

Vulkem 360NF/950NF/951NF – This system is a heavier version of the above pedestrian system. It consists of the VOC compliant, water-cured, low odor, rapid setting Vulkem 360NF basecoat, along with the Vuklem 950NF (intermediate polyurethane top coat) and the Vulkem 951NF polyurethane topcoat. Both are two component, high performance, neighbor-friendly products.
