Schnee-Morehead was founded in April of 1948 at Irving, Texas.  We have grown from a local supplier of agricultural chemicals to international status as a prime source of unique sealants. Today, Schnee-Morehead has worldwide distribution with strategically located production facilities.

In 2005, Schnee-Morehead became a division of Illinois Tool Works, a Fortune 200 diversified manufacturing company with over 690 decentralized business units in 45 countries.
